Lovely stay in a lovely cottage. Mandie had to eat the scones as Pete is Gluten free - Shame!! Last time we were in Cornwall was 32 years ago. So we enjoyed visiting all the places we went to back then. we can recommend The Pier House in Charlestown as a lovely place for lunch and not expensive. The Local - The Crown is a lovely walk and only a few minutes. Very friendly people and good food and if you are really lucky you could get a lift home from Keris!! The week has flown past. |

Lovely greeting! Cottage is gorgeous and so quiet, lovely to hear all the birds in the morning. Hot water on tap when needed and nice and warm and cosy. Off to Newquay Zoo today. Had a quiet pint at the Crown, very sweet pub and friendly. Loved the parrot. Recommend Holywell Bay Surf School, the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Couldn't ask for a better break. Thank you Paul & Keris for the use of your cottage, we will certainly be telling friends. See you again soon! |

Arrived to a lovely welcome. The cottage looks fantastic on line, but it is so much more lovely in real life. We had a lovely stay and felt really at home. It is so nice to stay somewhere cosy and perfectly clean, unlike the usual hotels, we really enjoyed our first cottage experience. Great place and surroundings, and even met new friends (the local pub dogs that followed Molly home ha ha!) Thank you for a perfect holiday cottage!! xxx |

Lovely compact and bijou cottage in a great location for exploring Cornwall. We did a couple of good walks. One from Mevagissey to Gorran Haven, though unfortunately both pubs in Gorran are closed for refurbishment. Home made pasties from the local shop and ate them on the beach. Did another walk on the Lizard from Kynance Cove to Codgwirth. Kynance is a magical place, make sure you visit at low tide to have lots of time to explore all the sandy bits and coves. We went for dinner one night at The Crown St Ewe. |
