Our first holiday with our little boy we had a great time. The cottage was perfect for us not having stairs was a real pleasure. Would recomend Fowey and Gelant for walks, Heligan and
Eden project are good but expensive
2nd July - Pete & Mandie - Suffolk
Lovely stay in a lovely cottage. Mandie had to eat the scones as Pete is Gluten free - Shame!! Last time we were in Cornwall was 32 years ago. So we enjoyed visiting all the places we went to back then. we can recommend The Pier House in Charlestown as a lovely place for lunch and not expensive. The Local - The Crown is a lovely walk and only a few minutes. Very friendly people and good food and if you are really lucky you could get a lift home from Keris!! The week has flown past.

Lovely greeting! Cottage is gorgeous and so quiet, lovely to hear all the birds in the morning. Hot water on tap when needed and nice and warm and cosy. Off to Newquay Zoo today. Had a quiet pint at the Crown, very sweet pub and friendly. Loved the parrot. Recommend Holywell Bay Surf School, the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Couldn't ask for a better break. Thank you Paul & Keris for the use of your cottage, we will certainly be telling friends. See you again soon!

It is so nice to stay somewhere cosy and perfectly clean, unlike the usual hotels, we really enjoyed our first cottage experience. Great place and surroundings, and even met new friends (the local pub dogs that followed Molly home ha ha!) Thank you for a perfect holiday cottage!! xxx

How fab! Fantastic base for a whistle stop tour of Cornwall Thank you for the scones and Jam! Heligan Cottage is in an ideal location to get to most places, as we found out. Less than an hour to St Ives, Falmouth, Newquay and perfect for eden, lost gardens of heligan and the local pub! Recomend Sharksfin in Mevagissey for a pub tea. 6th December - Alex, Ann & Oscar - Milton Keynes
Lovely compact and bijou cottage in a great location for exploring Cornwall. We did a couple of good walks. One from Mevagissey to Gorran Haven, though unfortunately both pubs in Gorran are closed for refurbishment. Home made pasties from the local shop and ate them on the beach. Did another walk on the Lizard from Kynance Cove to Codgwirth. Kynance is a magical place, make sure you visit at low tide to have lots of time to explore all the sandy bits and coves. We went for dinner one night at The Crown St Ewe.

Cottage is absolutely beautiful and most well equipped cottage we have ever stayed in. Ideal base for travelling and visited some lovely places. The Ship Inn in Mevagissey we found was the best for price and service and so dog friendly! Look forward to coming back and seeing your grandson running around who arrived the same weekend as us. Yeah! We had an amazing time, the cottage is awesome, loving Shrek the third "DA DA!!" hilarious. That and the £1,000,000 questions in Who Wants To Be A Millionaire game gave plenty of entertainment through the ONE rainy day. The rest of the time was spent at the sweet, sun-drenched beaches which, I have to add, have some of the BEST stones for skimming! So, Yeah, all in all a great start to the summer - thank you!
